The integration between the two platforms enhances communication & collaboration flows between chartering and operations teams to deliver commercial and operational excellence for our mutual clients.

The integration between the Platforms feeds voyage/charter information from the Veson IMOS Platform (VIP) to Shipfix and enables:

• Synchronization of VIP’s voyages with Shipfix’s Jobs Board by creating Job (voyage) tags 
• Auto-tagging of emails with Job (voyage) tags in Shipfix mail environment

Shipfix has a unique approach to smart tagging, which permits clients to create tags for People & Teams, Jobs, Vessels, Ports, or Companies, to make them private or shared with colleagues. This unprecedented integration allows for voyage/charter parameters to be matched automatically with those shipping-specific tags in Shipfix, therefore enabling the most accurate level of email-fixture association via Shipfix’s market-leading automation. Ultimately, our vessel owner/operator clients can now unify seamlessly pre-fixture & post-fixture workflows and save time for the end users.
